You can easily book technician time in slots of 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes and schedule an online session.

How It Works:

Step:1

Open the Chrome browser on your Mac and download Chrome Remote Desktop using the link provided below.

Click “Share My Screen” and download the small support file if asked. Then open it to enable remote access on your Mac.

Step:4

A unique access code will appear on your screen. Share this code with our technician so we can securely connect and assist you.

Step:5

Once the support session is finished, you can simply stop screen sharing or disconnect anytime from your Mac.
