How It Works:
Step:1
Open the Chrome browser on your Mac and download Chrome Remote Desktop using the link provided below.
Step:2
Sign in with your Google account and allow the required permissions for screen sharing when prompted.
Step:3
Click “Share My Screen” and download the small support file if asked. Then open it to enable remote access on your Mac.
Step:4
A unique access code will appear on your screen. Share this code with our technician so we can securely connect and assist you.
Step:5
Once the support session is finished, you can simply stop screen sharing or disconnect anytime from your Mac.
We’ve been using Chrome Remote Desktop for years and consistently receive excellent feedback from customers about how quick, secure, and hassle-free it is on Mac devices.
Using Chrome Remote Desktop allows our technician to securely view and assist with your Mac remotely while you remain fully in control of the session at all times. The connection is encrypted through Google’s secure platform, making it a safe and reliable option for remote support.
If your purchased support time runs out, you can simply extend the session by purchasing additional time if needed. And if we discover that your Mac has a hardware-related issue that cannot be resolved remotely, we can guide you through the next steps or arrange further assistance accordingly.
