TN16 straddles the Kent and Surrey border and the southern edge of Greater London, covering the market town of Westerham, the hilltop community of Biggin Hill with its airport, and the villages of Tatsfield and Brasted. Fix It London sends engineers here because a broken computer otherwise means a long drive. Recent jobs include a surveyor’s laptop in Biggin Hill Valley, a Westerham gift shop’s till PC and a Tatsfield home where the Wi-Fi would not reach the loft office.

What breaks in Westerham and Biggin Hill
Biggin Hill grew up around the airfield and has a lot of post-war family housing, while Westerham and Tatsfield mix period cottages with large modern homes. Both bring us Wi-Fi coverage jobs, especially in long bungalows and houses with thick old walls. We also get laptops with cracked screens and dead batteries, desktops that need an SSD, scam pop-up clean-ups, printer failures and families moving to a new Mac or PC who want their photos moved across properly.
Home visits across TN16
An engineer arrives at a time you have agreed, with evening and Saturday slots on offer, and finishes most repairs on the spot. If something must go to the workshop we leave you a loan laptop and return yours when it is ready. You get a fixed price before any work begins, and parts and labour are covered for twelve months.
Business support in TN16
Westerham High Street has independent shops, restaurants, galleries and professional offices, Biggin Hill has the airport’s aviation and engineering firms plus trade units along Main Road, and there are home-based consultants everywhere in between. We provide Microsoft 365 setup, networking and Wi-Fi for offices and hangars, backups, PC and Mac maintenance, and monthly support contracts.
Our Southgate workshop
The workshop is inside the Post Office at 64 Chase Side, Southgate N14 5PA, open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30 and Saturday 9:00 to 14:00. TN16 has no railway station of its own and the drive is around an hour and a half via the M25 and A10, so very few customers from here come to us; a home visit is the sensible choice and we recommend it. Free collection only applies within five miles of Southgate, so for TN16 we collect during a visit or quote a fee.
